USING LANETAP

Terms of Service

LaneTap is provided by Arrow Truckers LLC, doing business as LaneTap LLC. For service questions, contact support@getlanetap.com. These terms describe the conditions for using the LaneTap portal and extension.

Accounts and authorized use

Use an account you are authorized to access. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. Company administrators manage their team's access. Connect only a mailbox you are authorized to use and follow the conditions of your email, load-board and map providers.

Your inquiries

You are responsible for the recipients, content and purpose of inquiries you initiate. The row envelope action sends your active template immediately. Check that the intended load and broker are selected before using it. Do not use LaneTap to send spam, impersonate others, access another company's information or evade provider restrictions.

Maps and estimates

Maps, route distances and financial calculations assist your review. Estimates depend on the load data and costs you enter; verify them before making a business decision. LaneTap does not book a load, guarantee availability or profit, or establish a transportation contract on your behalf.

Delivery and availability

Mail-server acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery or a broker reply. A Sent-folder copy can fail independently of sending. LaneTap may block repeat attempts when delivery is uncertain to reduce duplicate messages. Provider authorization, outages and account policies can affect availability.

Access, support and privacy

Access is currently administered by the platform owner and company administrators. The current portal does not collect subscription payments. Any future paid offering will present its pricing and terms separately. Access may be restricted for unauthorized use or security issues. You can sign out, disconnect your mailbox or request account removal through support@getlanetap.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains the data used to provide the service. LaneTap is independent of DAT, Google and Microsoft. Contact support about service problems or questions before relying on an uncertain result.

Updates

Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact information. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
