YOUR DISPATCH COMPANION

See the route.
Know your numbers.
Send the inquiry.

LaneTap brings route maps, trip calculations and email inquiries into your DAT One workflow, with a portal for your team and personal email templates.

Access is provided by your company administrator. A DAT One account and a connected mailbox are needed for the corresponding features.

01

Understand the trip

View the lane on a map and compare loaded miles, empty miles, rate per mile and estimated profit using your own operating cost.

02

Use your own mailbox

Connect a supported email account and send load inquiries from that address. Review an inquiry, or use the row envelope button to send your active template directly.

03

Keep your team organized

Manage company access, dispatcher accounts and personal inquiry templates in the LaneTap portal.

Why LaneTap connects to Google

When you choose Gmail, Google authorization lets LaneTap verify your email address and send the inquiries you request through the Gmail API. We request basic identity and Gmail sending permissions, plus continuing authorization so you do not have to approve every message. We do not request permission to read your Gmail inbox.

Inquiry recipients, message content and your sender address are passed to Google to send your email. Google Maps receives route locations when you use the map. Read our Privacy Policy for storage, sharing and removal details.

Provider authorization is required. Google public verification and Microsoft configuration are still being completed; availability depends on your provider and account.
